how do i travel between Disney World resorts? I am planning on going on my honeymoon to Disney World toward the end of March 2012. I am hoping to go to a hotel (not disney) near one of their resorts and either walk or take free transportation to a different Disney park each day. I am wondering if they are within walking distance of each other or if I will have to rent a car and drive to each park. Also I live in California, so will the humidity in Florida be bad around March/April?

Disney World Resorts- Caribbean Beach Resort or Port Orleans? In looking for moderate resorts in Disney World, we narrowed it down to The Caribbean Beach Resort or Port Orleans (either French Quarter or Riverside. Not sure of which one though. Anyone know which is better?). We are not positive of which one is better. (The kids are teens by the way if that helps) We are partially leaning towards the Caribbean Beach Resort but still aren't sure. Any info or opinions anyone has would be great! It'd be even more helpful if you included opinions about the food and bus service at the two. Thanks!
Do Disney World resorts offer free breakfast? My boyfriend and I will be staying at the Disney World All Star Movie Resort in a couple weeks, and I'm trying to figure out some of this dining stuff. None of the dining plans mention breakfast, and I can't figure out if that's because they expect you to pay for the fanciest dining plan to get meals all day, or if there's some sort of continental breakfast. Out of all the Walt Disney World Resorts, which one offers the best honeymoon packages? We would prefer a room that was roomy and offered either a whirlpool tub or even better....a private hottub on the balcony. They probably would not offer that though.
Do the moderate resorts at Disney World have lockers and changing rooms like the value resorts? When we went to Disney World a few years ago, it was nice to kill time at the pool the last day before riding the transportation back to the airport. The lockers and changing rooms were nice to use during this time at All Star Movies. Where can I find a list of hotels near Walt Disney World That AREN"T disney resorts? I used to stay at the Grovensors(spelling?) they changed it though and we stayed last year. It was cheap, but this year the prices sky rocketed and they no longer offer meals. so we need one near that area which offer meals and is realtivly cheap. No disney resorts though. The reason is because last time we stayed at a Disney Resort, we had the worst experience. The Beds were dirty, the workers rude and lazy and the food really wasn't that great.
are the all star resorts of disney world really that big? I've been checking out reviews for the value resorts at Disney World, (the three all stars and pop century) and one of the most common complaints is that the walk from some of the farther buildings is a hike. This is understandable but looking at the maps of the resorts they don't seem as huge as people make them out to be. It could be that I'm not one to complain about walking far distances, but are the resorts really that big?

Disney world resorts hotel? My family and I (one adult, 18, 14 and 22) can't decide which disney resorts hotel is better. The our choices are stay in Animal Kingdom Lodge with savannah view/bunk beds, one bedroom villas at beach villas or yacht villas club, Grand Flordian Spa one bedroom, Caribbean beach, or family suites at all music star. Disney World Moderate Resorts? HELP!? OK, so this summer my family is thinking of going to disney world. We want to stay on-site and have NO idea where to stay! But we have narrowed our choices down to ALL MODERATE resorts. So all I'm asking for is which Moderate Disney World Resort would YOU recommend?! Here are some thoughts on what the resort should be like and what we are like - are family doesn't mind a lot of walking - the resort must have the Disney magic feeling -the resort must have a pool that is greatly themed with a water slide - the resort should have at least OK food choices - the rooms should have a T.V. - we do NOT want non-upgraded rooms -the resort must have a food court AND a sit down restaurant -THE RESORT MUST HAVE GOOD BUS SERVICE -cast members should be nice and friendly -last but not least the resort should have good scenery I may be The Disney Expert but i just need help deciding =D Thanks!

Walt Disney World resorts question? Has anyone ever stayed in the Disney World Value Resorts (the categories are Movies, Music, Sports, and Pop Century) with two small children? We stayed at the Movies resort with my daughter, who was 7 at the time, and we were very comfortable (2 adults and one child). But my sister, her husband, and their two boys (ages 3 and 4) are going with us in January. Will the value resorts be too cramped for two small boys? They were looking at moderate resorts as well, like Caribbean Beach and Coronado Springs, but we are looking for the opinions of some seasoned WDW veterans before we decide. disney world value resorts?? ? i've stayed at a few of the nicer disney world resorts with my family however i cant quite afford the expensive hotels my parents choose. im taking my best friend to disney world its her first time there ever( we are both 21) and i know how great of experience i had at those nice hotels and the value ones seem so.. i dont know cheap i guess.. i'm leaning toward saving extra for a moderate priced hotel but if its nice after all id like to stay at a value inn..can someone give me thier input on their stay there? room quality, themes, extra activities... what kind of extra fun stuff is there.
Which Walt Disney World Resort is better? My mom, my sister, my cousin and I are going to Disney World in late July of 2010. We're staying in the deluxe resorts. Price isn't an issue because we're in the vaction club. I really like the Bay Lake towers because of the monorail and the magic kingdom view but the Animal Kingdom Lodge is nice and really beautiful but no monorail. Should we stay in a studio or a 1 bedroom vaction home?
Disney World Resorts at Christmas? Hi, me and my sister are flying down to Orlando to see my other sister for Christmas. We were interested in seeing the decorations at the Disney resorts and are trying to schedule in some time to go see them. We just had a few questions. 1.) Can anyone go inside to see the decorations, or just resort guests? 2.) Are you only allowed to go see these decorations at a certain time of day? For example, would we still be able to go see them at evening time? 3.) In conjunction w/ the previous question- Are the decorations (i.e- gingerbread houses/carousels) open all day or do they close at a certain time? 4.) Do all the resorts have decorations? 5.) What's the best way to get to the resorts? My sister who lives there has a car we're driving around- do they have parking (free?) or would it be better to take the Disney busses?
