Disney World Vacation Package

Any one have any ideas for a cheap yet very enjoyable Disney Vacation package?

I want to take my two kids and my husband and I to Disney World but when I tried to figure out how much it would cost it was about$5,000. That is not flying!!! Help!!!

  1. One way to save a great deal of money is to buy the meal plan. We did it and probably saved a couple hundred. You get lunch, dinner, and a snack each day. If you won't be spending much time in your hotel room, stay at one of the cheaper resorts, like the All Star Resort. When we went we stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge....a really nice place, but we really weren't back at the hotel enough to enjoy it.
  2. With Disney, there's no such think as cheap. It has mastered the art of capitalism. Go hiking or camping instead. Mickey Mouse is a dikhead.
  3. go on this web site there are some very good prices for disney trips. www.worldclasstravels.net
  4. Check with your local travel agents. They ALWAYS have specials packages for Disneyland and DisneyWorld
  5. try etours.com u have to see a timeshare presentation (about 2 hours) but we did it and it was worth the cheap accomadations (sometimes even a villa with kitchen) try 2 days at disney park and 2 days at universal studios (older kids love it) also we loved typhoon lagoon and the price wasn't bad.
  6. I don't know where you are coming from and if you have to fly to get here, that will be a big bulk of the cost. Check with the other hotels that don't have the disney name as well as the All Star ones as most offer free shuttle service and alot of them also hav a nanny service for a low price. It is risky but ebay has a lot of disney packages and I too recommend the meal plans.
  7. I joined AAA to help with the costs...it wasn't cheap but it did help and they gave me the royal treatment..free maps...it might be a good place to start
