Do they sell discounted tickets to Disney World in Florida?

I'm visiting Disney World in Jan. Apart from getting online / or queue for them, are there agencies that sell them at a discount in Florida itself? How about Universal Studios and Sea World?

1. At some souveiner shops they have discounted or free tickets for taking time share tours but they can be pretty aggressive with their selling. There are one or two places that just sell them discounted they have signs on big balloons.
2. The agencies in Florida only sell discounted tickets to Florida residents. You can get one day tickets at a discount if you're willing to do a timeshare tour (not really worth it though).
3. please don't fall for any timeshare tours unless they are at your resort. They will claim that if you go on the tour you will get free tickets, then you go back to the kiosk and they give you fake tickets. Check with your hotel/resort. Sometimes they have 2 park packages that are cheaper than buying separately.
4. Disney keeps a very tight hold of their park tickets. You are not going to find any legitimate discount that isn't more than a slight 2% off. There are lots of scams out there. You could buy tickets and get to the park and find out they don't work. Just buy your tickets direct from Disney's web site for security.
5.
