1. Disney really doesn't discount tickets... The daily price goes down if you buy more days..but most "cheap disney ticket" things are scams or timeshare come ons... Just keep in mind.. "Disney" and "cheap" shouldn't ever be used in the same sentence.

3. There aren't any resources to get cheap Disney tickets. I would recommend you going right now in Winter because the tickets and packages are a lot cheaper than it is in Summer. There's a special offer now until Jan. 2 which past, sorry. I would usually think about buying tickets to Disney World in Summer but if you want cheap tickets go somewhere in December towards the end and into the beginning of the new year.
4. Unfortunately Disney World does not have much in the way of discounted tickets. That being said there is a way to minimize your costs: A couple of years ago Disney World changed to the Magic Your Way ticketing program. Think of it as a ala carte menu of ticketing options. They have made it very expensive to get just 1 or 2 day tickets. They have set up the pricing to encourage you to stay for a full week at a time. Once you get to 4 days, the costs level off and 7 days virtually cost the same as 4. The best way to save money is to buy your tickets ahead of time and plan for 7 day trips to maximize your value. There are very few reputable ticket brokers that sell legitimate Disney World Park tickets. You can get references at www.mousesavers.com. The site also has detailed information about ticket costs and options. Otherwise I would encourage you to buy directly from Disney on their website. Disney World does have a great package deal going on right now that combines park tickets and room. Usually I avoid the packages, but this one beats buying everything separately even with the various member discounts that are available. 5. There is a slight discount for FL residence Military personal AAA members. Disney keeps a tight hold of their tickets. There are many scams out there. And I have seen people get turned away at the gate because their tickets were bogus
