Disney World Vacation Package

Out of all the Walt Disney World Resorts, which one offers the best honeymoon packages?

We would prefer a room that was roomy and offered either a whirlpool tub or even better....a private hottub on the balcony. They probably would not offer that though.

  1. For your honeymoon, I would suggest the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The atmosphere is very classy. They have fresh flowers all over the hotel every day, children are not out of control because of the more prestige environment. It is pretty pricy though. But if money is not the issue, then this is definitely the place for you. It is also one of the hotels located along the monorail, so traveling to and from Magic Kingdom and EPCOT is very convenient. However, to get to Animal Kingdom and MGM, you must travel by bus. Try the Disney World website at www.disneyworld.com and browse through their hotels. See which one looks like it would suit you and your future spouse the most. Hope this helps! :-)
  2. I would say any of the higher end hotels would be best, the values are small and more motel like, they will be fine for you later when you have kids and want to save some money but for your honeymoon you will want something a little nicer. Take a look at the Disney website, www.disney.go.com go to travel and WDW then resorts and take a look at what they have, there are several with different themeing and choose what you like the best. Then call Disney to book and tell them you are there for your honeymoon. Dinsey does all kinds of weddings and honeymoon stuff and I think you can arrange just about anything if you have the money. You cannot beat Disney's Service, that you can count on, they will do everything to make sure your honeymoon is magical.
  3. first off..congrats! I am going through the same thing right now with booking a disney honeymoon. we are staying at the disney wildnerness lodge (not to be confused with the animal kingdom lodge). The atmosphere is nice and outdoorsy, but is very relaxing. each room comes with its own private balcony or patio depending on if you are on the first or higher floors. are you going to be booking any of the dining plans while you are there? we are booking the platinum package which offers EVERYTHING you could want to do and eat. disney vacations are always nice but a disney honeymoon is going to be something you remember forever!
  4. Grand Floridian and if not Polonisan
  5. Grand floridian..lovely setting for a honeymoon, I've been past when there's been a wedding ahead, so they must cater for honeymoons. or the swan and dolphin... but to be quite honest I think they'd all be great to stay in as disney provides an exellent service
  6. I agree with all the other posters. Polynesian and the Grand Floridian are probably your best bets. The yacht club is also very nice. I would do a little research online at www.disneyworld.com They have descriptions of all the rooms and have virtual tours as well. Have a good time and Congrats!
