Disney World Resorts Which one is better?

Which one is better all Star Resort or Disney Resort?

  1. Disney Resort.
  2. The All Star resorts are owned by Disney. This is their value resorts, they also have Pop Century, which is also a value resort. But the All-Stars consist of the Movies, Music and Sports, all owned by Disney. All the Disney hotels are great, if you are wanting a value, my suggestion is Pop Century. It is a newer resort, has a little lake, etc. There is a little more atmosphere, it is really enjoyable at night by the pool. If you are wanting something other than the values, they are all great, but it really depends on what your budget is. In the moderates, my favorite is Coronado. In deluxe I like them all, but I'm partial to Yacht and Beach and Polynesian. But all the deluxe resorts are wonderful. I hope this answers your question.
  3. We stayed at the All Star Music Resort. They have huge neon lights shaped in musical instruments and a piano shaped pool. Shuttle buses to all the parks run all day. It was very reasonably priced and very nice hotel. You can walk over to the All Star Sports Resort which is themed in all different sports. I will stay at one of these All star resorts everytime from now on.
  4. They are the same thing. The All Star Resorts are owned by Disney. They are called Disney's All- Star resorts. There are 4 of them, Disney's POP Century, Disney's All-Star Movie Resort, Disney's All-Star Music Resort, and Disney's All-Star Sports resort. They all have the same layout(floor plan) it seems. Also I have stayed at the All-Star Movies and I was satisfied with it. I mean of course it's not going to be as great as the deluxe resorts on disney property such as The Polynesian, but overall I was satisfied. They had a really nice pool with a sorceror mickey! I also loved the gift shop and food court at the hotel. The rooms were small, but cute. This November I'm going to stay at POP Century. But I would reccomend staying at the All-Star Movies Resort if you're going to stay at a Disney All-Star Resort.
  5. disney
  6. Disney Resorts-definitely. I went to Disney world 3 years ago and I stayed at a Disney Resort, I was fantastic...there was a shuttle every 15 minutes to take you to the theme parks and everything is close by.
  7. There are 3 classes of resorts at WDW: luxury, moderate, and standard. Within each class, prices and amenities are about the same, so I'd choose based on nearness to my favorite destination (theme park, Pleasure Island, golf, favorite restaurant).
  8. if price is no option then i would say yacht and beach!! the pool is amazing and beaches and cream is great! plus i had the best time working there! yacht and beach forever!!!!!!!
  9. All the Disney Resorts are Amazing! I like the one that is places in the Disneys Animal Kingdom because when you go out on your bacony it feels like you are in Africa because of the animals you get to see right from your own room! Its amazing and i recommend that one!
  10. there is no such hotel,,,,,disney resort. All the hotels on the disney property are "disney resorts". If you want to stay in a value disney resort then you would choose the all star sports, all star music, and all star movies. These are just rooms with a theme, but not anything too special. If you want a little better then stay at a moderate. ie carribean beach hotel. If you want deluxe. then the contemporary or any of those is what you are looking for (these are luxury) you can go to the disney web site to get a better picture and cost comparison of all the above.
