- I love the Radisson Resort World Gate! It was fantastic! Not to far from anything and really nice and clean.
- I agree with devan the raddison all the way . One of the cleanest and nicest in the whole area.
- I believe that they were talking about Disney Resorts and I would try the Animal kingdom lodge. Get a savanna view room. A private balcony overlooking animals.
- We love the Polynesian. It is so beautiful. Love the view of the fireworks from the beach, and the convenience. We also like the Yacht and Beach Club is a great one to try. The pool is fantastic. You also have a view of the fireworks, and you are within walking distance of Epcot. We like to see all of the resorts too. We like to hop around while we are there. So while we are touring the Magic Kingdom, we stay in one of those resorts for a couple of nights. When we're ready to see Epcot, we go over to those resorts. Disney is used to this, apparently we're not the only ones -- and that way you don't deal with buses, you're right in the parks, you can go back when you're ready. It's just so easy.
- Port Orleans Riverside. It's in the moderate resort category. Riverside is larger than the French Quarter side. I've previously stayed in the Alligator Bayou section. Loved the river in the middle of the resort. You truly feel as if you are in the Bayou somewhere. Also I think the resort is pretty centrally located. Not far from Epcot (but not close enough to be considered a Epcot resort). Very close to Downtown Disney. There is a boat you can take right from the resort to Downtown Disney. I was there in the month of August (busy tourist season) and the resort never seemed crowded. Very peaceful. Buses came all of the time, we never waited longer than 5 mins. If you didn't want to go to the main themed pool, they had several "Quiet Pools" around the resort. The rooms are larger than say Pop Century but not quite as large as the Contemporary although the Alligator Bayou section can accommodate 5 to a room. There beds sit up high and one of them have a pull out trundle bed. This was definitely not my first choice of resorts but after staying there i would definitely choose Riverside again. Check out the links below for some room photos. Enjoy your Trip.
- It depends a lot on how much you want to spend...but if that is not a factor...and you want the best room you can get on Disney property...stay at the Beach Club, the Yacht Club or the Boardwalk Inn. At these three resorts you can get to three theme parks, EPCOT, Magic Kingdom and Disney MGM Studios WITHOUT riding a bus. And it is possible to walk to EPCOT and Disney-MGM Studios, though I would ride the boat to MGM, it looks like a really long walk! I hope this helps you!
- The resorts on the monorail are the most convenient. I have stayed at the Carribbean Beach resort which is great for joggers and families with kids and the Saratoga Springs / beach Club resorts. Each has several pools and activities - again great for families.
- I love all the resorts I have stayed at in WDW. They include Port Orleans Riverside, All Star Music, Wilderness Lodge, Carribean Beach, Coronado Springs and the Boardwalk. I loved all of them. I really dont think you can go wrong with any of the Disney hotels. I would try the Wilderness Lodge or the Boardwalk. The Wilderness Lodge is just a beautiful hotel and the Boardwalk is great because if you want entertainment it's right there!!! Good luck with making your choice. www.allearsnet.com. is a great place to go for reviews of hotels and descriptions of them.
- out of dieny are this hotel. very cool. www.nickhotel.com In disney exist 22 hotels. if you have been in comtemporany resort you have budget to stay in hotel because Comtemporany is a delux ehotel of disney but if you want information of another use this link:http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wdw/resorts/resortOverview?id=ResortOverviewPage check Disney's Fort Wilderness Lodge also tha Animal Kingdom Lodge. and the classical Disney's grand Floridian
- Fort Wilderness Lodge- Has my favorite lobby at Disney World. Huge fireplace, totem pools, a mini spring is in the lobby too. They have a cool restaurant, the Whispering Canyon Cafe as well. Nice rooms, and an awesome pool. Dixieland Resort- Tons of outdoor activities to do here. Kid friendly. Themed pools and regular pools. They have a food court. You can stay in the Bayou or the Fr. quarter area. Lots of bike/walking traills too. Bus service to disney parks. Well themed. Grand Floridian- If you can afford it, this place is gorgeous and the monorail stops there as well.
- i was wondering the same thing thanks for asking it. ;]
- Try the swan and dolphin hotels. We just got back from a trip there yesterday. They are "sister" hotels much like yaht and beachclub resort hotel. They are located next to MGM and Epcot and you can take a boat to them but have to take a bus to the other parks. They are a couple steps away from the boardwalk hotel which offers shopping, clubs and dining. The swan and dolphin feature 5 pools.......... a grotto pool with water fall and slide, spring pool, kiddie pool, and two lap pools. There are numerous resturaunts and stores located inside the hotels. They are connected by a walkway outside. The swan (where we stayed) has a much more peaceful quiet atmosphere where the dolphin is more loud and noisy because it houses many company meetings and is much larger than the swan. It is relativly expensive though if job or work is not picking up the tab though.
- OK... The animal kindom lodge is great, the polyision is also great.Pop Century is AWESOME for a value resort, It has three pools, an arcade, food court,BIG store for wat it is, bar, a scenic walk, and activities for kids. It celebrates pop culture!!!
- we like the all star resorts we have kids 12 and 7 and just love all the oversize figures and the pools and it's really reasonable but we don't come for the hotel we come for the parks we do plan to try all of them eventually proably when are kids are alot older well i hope you have a good trip
- Animal Kingdom Lodge. The main building when you walk in is so beautiful! And really makes you feel like you are in a special place. The rooms are nice, Savannah view is totally worth the extra money. And the restaurants are outstanding!
